I’m Tereza, a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist in training. I completed my Psychology degrees at University of Oxford and now work in my home country, the Czech Republic, as well as online.

I have gone through my own share of therapy and learning, and I do not judge or preach.

Ethics and evidence
I follow latest research and ethical norms to provide the most effective help.
In addition to CBT, I integrate other evidence-based approaches, including Mindfulness, Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Schema Therapy.
I work under the supervision of more experienced therapists.
